DMSC-silane modified polyether waterproof coating

MSC-212 light-colored silane modified polyether waterproof coating is a single component, solvent-free viscous waterproof coating, which is based on silane modified polyether polymer, with additives, fillers, pigments and catalysts, and is prepared by international advanced manufacturing technology. When used, it is coated on the base layer and cured by reacting with moisture to form a continuous seamless polymer elastic waterproof film

3.Good construction performance ，One-time coating can reach a design thicknes(1.5-2.0mm) Low temperature（-10℃）construction absorption（≤4%）

4.Fast curing.Curing in 4 hours at ambient temperature and in 24  hours at -10℃

5.Good waterproof performance. Impermeable at 1.0 MPa for 120 min，excellent low temperaturebending perforance（≥-40℃）and low  water

6.Strong substrate adaptability. Excellent adhesion to most construction surfaces such as concretestone，wood，cement， metal and XPS/EPS

7. Good   compatibility with asphalt and polyrethane materials

Coating amount is about  1.5~1.6 kg/㎡, for one-millimeter-thick coating
