MSC-212 light-colored silane modified polyether waterproof coating

MSC-212 light-colored silane modified polyether waterproof coating is a single component, solvent-free viscous waterproof coating, which is based on silane modified polyether polymer, with additives, fillers, pigments and catalysts, and is prepared by international advanced manufacturing technology. When used, it is coated on the base layer and cured by reacting with moisture to form a continuous seamless polymer elastic waterproof film


Advantages

It can form a composite waterproof system with EPDM waterproof membrane. Can also be used as EPDM waterproof membrane and thermal insulation board cold adhesive.

Cold construction, one coating can reach a design thickness (1.5~ 2.0mm), low construction cost;

Low temperature (-10 ℃) construction.

3.Fast curing speed

Quick curing, 4 h dry at room temperature (23 ℃);It can be cured at low temperature (-10℃) for 24h.

4.It has good rubber properties,

1.0 MPa, 120 min impermeable, tensile strength 1.2 MPa, elongation 530%, low temperature bending ≥-40 ℃.

5.Substrata adaptability

With concrete, stone, wood, metal and insulation board and other substrates has a high adhesion.

6.It has good compatibility with asphalt and polyurethane materials.

7.High environmental performance.

No added solvent, no peculiar smell, low VOC, can be used safely in confined space.


Application Range

1.Widely used in new or maintenance of building engineering waterproof, non-exposed roof, building underground closed and semi-closed parts of the waterproof protection engineering.

2.It is suitable for EPDM membrane superposition, EPDM membrane and substrata cold bonding construction, as well as EPS, XPS insulation board bonding construction.


Reference Dosage

Coating coating rate of 1.5~1.6 (kg/mm·m2), that is, each millimeter thick film, coating usage of about 1.5~1.6 kg/m2.
