“YUHONG”brand BCW-221 Water-Based Rubber Bitumenc Waterproof Coating is a water base waterproof coating which is made out of the base material of high quality petroleum bitumen, together with modifier of neoprene latex, by special emulsifying technology. It is also called: Positive ion neoprene latex bituminous waterproof paint.
