“YUHONG” brand REB-281 Road Emulsified Bitumen is specially designed for tack coat for road, we use high quality road petroleum bitumen and various compound emulsifiers to make this positive ion emulsified bitumen,the speed of demulsifying can be adjusted as required. This product has high binding strength, it can bind up and down bitumen layers or bind structure completely to be an integration, this will increase the integration of multi-layer road surface structure to extend road surface service life.

Application Range

Used for tack coat of road bitumen surface:
·For double or triple layers hot mixing hot paving bitumen road surface.
·For cement concrete road surface, bitumen stabilized macadam or for adding bituminous layer on old bituminous road surface.
·For the side surface of curbs, gutter inlet and checking well, which get to the new paved bituminous mixture.

Reference Dosage

The dosage of tack coat emulsified bitumen should be determined by testing according to underlying stratum type, and at the same time it must be in accordance with the requirement of below table:
