WEPS-102 external thermal insulation composite system based on EPS is an outer wall external thermal insulation system which uses flame-retardant EPS as main thermal insulation materials and polymer cement mortar as bonding and reinforcing materials. The sysetm has stable safety and thermal insulation properties as well as excellent cost performance and is widely applied in the building insulation field.


System Advantages

·The External thermal insulation composite system based on EPS is an external thermal insulation system using the most mature technology. The heat conductivity coefficient of the used flame-retardant EPS is less than 0.039W/(m • K), and the EPS is not easy to absorb water and has good thermal insulation effect.

·The combustion performance of the flame-retardant EPS reaches level B1 and the oxygen index is up to over 30; the flame-retardant EPS coupled with fire barrier zones can ensure the fire safety of the system.

·The system has excellent gas permeability, moisture resistance and crack resistance property and can prevent wall surfaces from being moistened, going mouldy, cracking and water seepage.

·The system has small deadweight and high tensile strength and meets the construction requirements of multiple finish materials.
