WEPS-103 external thermal insulation composite system based on thermosetting modified polystyrene board is an outer wall external thermal insulation system which uses thermosetting modified polystyrene boards as thermal insulation materials and polymer cement mortar as bonding and reinforcing materials. The thermosetting resin composite inorganic flame retardant materials added in modified polystyrene boards improve the flame resistance of the whole system.


System Advantages

·The heat conductivity coefficient of thermosetting modified polystyrene boards is less than 0.039W/(m • K), and they are not easy to absorb water and have good thermal insulation effect. 

·In case of being under fire, thermosetting modified polystyrene boards have thermosetting property, and their actual flame retardant effect is similar to class A; thermosetting modified polystyrene boards coupled with fire barrier zones can ensure the fire safety of the system. 

·The system has excellent gas permeability, moisture resistance and crack resistance property and can prevent wall surfaces from being moistened, going mouldy, cracking and water seepage. 

·The system has small deadweight and high tensile strength and meets the construction requirements of multiple finish materials.

·The system is applicable to various new and old concrete walls and masonry walls and especially suitable for buildings requiring high thermal insulation properties and flame rating of materials.
